Section 2371 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by redesignating subsection
(g)as subsection (h); and by inserting after subsection
(f)the following new subsection: The Secretary of Defense shall ensure that management, technical, and contracting personnel of the Department involved in the award and administration of transactions under this section or other innovative forms of contracting are afforded adequate education and training. .
