Not later than one year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report setting forth a comparative analysis, undertaken by the Secretary for purposes of the report, of accompanied tours of duty and unaccompanied tours of duty of members of the Armed Forces in remote locations with high family support costs (including facility construction and operation costs), including the following: United States Naval Station, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Kwajalein Atoll. Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar.
