Section 1232 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 ( Public Law 114–328 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— by inserting or 2018 after fiscal year 2017 ; and by inserting in the fiscal year concerned after may be used ; and in subsection (c), by inserting with respect to funds for a fiscal year after the limitation in subsection
(a).
