Section 744C of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act ( 21 U.S.C. 379j–43 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— by striking 2013 and inserting 2018 ; and by striking Generic Drug User Fee Amendments of 2012 and inserting Generic Drug User Fee Amendments of 2017 ; in subsection (b), by striking 2013 and inserting 2018 ; and in subsection (d), by striking 2017 each place it appears and inserting 2022 .
