Sections 735 and 736 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act ( 21 U.S.C. 379g ; 379h) shall cease to be effective October 1, 2022. Section 736B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act ( 21 U.S.C. 379h–2 ) shall cease to be effective January 31, 2023. Effective October 1, 2017, subsections
(a)and
(b)of section 105 of the Food and Drug Administration Safety and Innovation Act ( Public Law 112–144 ) are repealed.
