Section 736B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act ( 21 U.S.C. 379h–2 ) is amended— in subsection (a)(1)— in the matter before subparagraph (A), by striking 2013 and inserting 2018 ; and in subparagraph (A), by striking Prescription Drug User Fee Amendments of 2012 and inserting ; Prescription Drug User Fee Amendments of 2017 in subsection (b), by striking 2013 and inserting 2018 ; and in subsection (d), by striking 2017 each place it appears and inserting 2022 .
