Section 1935(e)(3)(B) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1396u–5(e)(3)(B) ) is amended— in clause (ii), by striking or ; in clause (iii)— by striking a subsequent year and inserting each of fiscal years 2008 through 2016 ; and by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and by adding at the end the following clauses: fiscal year 2018, is equal to $100,000,000; or each fiscal year after 2018, is equal to the aggregate amount specified in this subparagraph for the previous year increased by the annual percentage increase specified in section 1860D–2(b)(6) for the year involved. .
