It shall be the policy of the United States to take steps to repeal Resolution A/HRC/31/L.38, which requests the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights to establish a database of entities involved with settlements , which includes the Jewish Quarter of Jerusalem and the Western Wall, and to mitigate any damage done to Israel and its economy by such a blacklist through various means.
