It is the sense of Congress that the United States should use its voice, vote, and influence at the United Nations to work to ensure that the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) takes steps to remove permanent items on its agenda or programme of work which target or single out a specific country or a specific territory or territories and that the UNHRC does not include a Member State that meets any of the criteria described in section 202(a)(3).
