Section 1222(j) of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3822(j) ) is amended by striking National Resources Conservation Service and inserting Natural Resources Conservation Service . Section 1242 of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3842 ) is amended by striking third party each place it appears and inserting third-party . Section 1244(b)(4)(B) of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3844(b)(4)(B) ) is amended by striking General Accounting Office and inserting General Accountability Office .
Section 5(4) of the Watershed Protection and Flood Prevention Act ( 16 U.S.C. 1005(4) ) is amended— by striking goodwater and inserting floodwater ; and by striking Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare each place it appears and inserting Secretary of Health and Human Services .
