The following provisions of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act are hereby repealed: Section 306(a)(23) ( 7 U.S.C. 1926(a)(23) ). Section 310B(f) ( 7 U.S.C. 1932(f) ). Section 379 ( 7 U.S.C. 2008n ). Section 379A ( 7 U.S.C. 2008o ). Section 379C ( 7 U.S.C. 2008q ). Section 379D ( 7 U.S.C. 2008r ). Section 379F ( 7 U.S.C. 2008t ). Subtitle I (7 U.S.C. 2009dd–2009dd–7). Section 333A(h) of such Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1983a(h) ) is amended by striking 310B(f), . 1936 The following provisions of the Rural Electrification Act of 1936 are hereby repealed:
Section 314 ( 7 U.S.C. 940d ). Section 602 ( 7 U.S.C. 950bb–1 ). Section 604 of such Act, as added by section 6102 of this Act, is redesignated as section 602, and transferred to just after section 601 of the Rural Electrification Act of 1936.
