1949 The second sentence of section 520 of the Housing Act of 1949 ( 42 U.S.C. 1490 ) is amended— by striking or 2010 decennial census and inserting 2010, or 2020 decennial census ; by striking December 31, 2010, and inserting December 31, 2020 ; and by striking year 2020 and inserting year 2030 .
