Section 5(4) of the Watershed Protection and Flood Prevention Act ( 16 U.S.C. 1005(4) ) is amended— by striking goodwater and inserting floodwater ; and by striking Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare each place it appears and inserting Secretary of Health and Human Services . Section 1222(j) of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3822(j) ) is amended by striking National Resources Conservation Service and inserting Natural Resources Conservation Service . Section 1231B(b)(2)(A)(i) of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3831b(b)(2)(A)(i) ) is amended by adding a semicolon at the end.
Section 2507 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 16 U.S.C. 3839bb–6 ) is amended— in subsection (e)— by striking paragraph (1); by redesignating paragraph
(2)as paragraph (1); and by adding at the end the following: Nothing in this section authorizes any additional funds to carry out this section. Any funds made available to carry out this section before the date of enactment of the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 may remain available until expended. ; and by adding at the end the following: The authority provided by this section shall terminate on October 1, 2023. . Section 1242 of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3842 ) is amended by striking third party each place it appears and inserting third-party . Section 1244(b)(4)(B) of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3844(b)(4)(B) ) is amended by striking General Accounting Office and inserting Government Accountability Office .
