Section 14(h)(2) of the Watershed Protection and Flood Prevention Act ( 16 U.S.C. 1012(h)(2) ) is amended— in subparagraph (D), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (E), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: $20,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023. .
