Section 10 of the Watershed Protection and Flood Prevention Act ( 16 U.S.C. 1007 ) is amended by striking the section designation and all that follows through No appropriation in the second sentence and inserting the following: There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this Act $200,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023. No appropriation .
