For an additional amount for National Institute of Food and Agriculture—Research and Education Activities , $6,000,000, to be available until expended, for relocation expenses and for the alteration and repair of leased buildings and improvements pursuant to 7 U.S.C. 2250: , That not later than 60 days after enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Agriculture shall submit a report to the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate detailing the planned uses of this funding.
