Section 979 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act ( 15 U.S.C. 78o–4a ) is amended— in subsection (a), by inserting , within the Division of Trading and Markets, after There shall be in the Commission ; and in subsection (b), by striking report to the Chairman and inserting report to the head of the Division of Trading and Markets .
