Section 15E(p)(1) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ( 15 U.S.C. 78o–7(p)(1) ) is amended— in subparagraph (A), by striking within the Commission and inserting within the Division of Trading and Markets ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking report to the Chairman and inserting report to the head of the Division of Trading and Markets .
