Section 456 of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1087f ) is amended by adding at the end the following: A servicer may not market to the borrower of a student loan made, insured, or guaranteed under this title which the servicer services, a financial product or service using data obtained through the servicing relationship, or otherwise during the servicing process. .
