Section 11 of the Export-Import Bank Reauthorization Act of 2012 ( 12 U.S.C. 635a–5 ) is amended by striking subsections
(a)and
(b)and inserting the following: The Secretary of the Treasury shall initiate and pursue negotiations with countries that are not members of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development to bring those countries into a multilateral agreement establishing rules and limitations on officially supported export credits. Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of the Promoting U.S. Jobs Through Exports Act of 2015 , and annually thereafter through calendar year 2022, the Secretary shall submit to the Committee on Financial Services of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs of the Senate a report on the progress of any negotiations described in subsection (a). .
