Sec. 5011. Regulation of aboveground storage at farms

Section 1049(c) of the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014 ( 33 U.S.C. 1361 note; Public Law 113–121 ) is amended— by redesignating paragraphs
(1)and
(2)as subparagraphs
(A)and (B), respectively, and indenting appropriately; by striking the subsection designation and heading and all that follows through subsection (b), and inserting the following: For purposes of subsection (b), ; and by adding at the end the following: Part 112 of title 40, Code of Federal Regulations (or successor regulations), shall not apply to the following containers located at a farm: Containers on a separate parcel that have— an individual capacity of not greater than 1,000 gallons; and an aggregate capacity of not greater than 2,500 gallons. A container holding animal feed ingredients approved for use in livestock feed by the Food and Drug Administration. .
