There is authorized to be appropriated to provide youth training services under this chapter to disadvantaged youth— $2,055,387,042 for fiscal year 2016; $2,075,459,042 for fiscal year 2017; $2,097,359,042 for fiscal year 2018; $2,121,088,042 for fiscal year 2019; and $2,142,989,042 for fiscal year 2020.
