Section 286(s)(2) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1356(s)(2) ) is amended by striking remain available and all that follows through the end and inserting be used and allotted by the Secretary of Labor to the States as described in subparagraphs (A)(ii) and
(B)of section 312(c)(1) of the CAREER Act. .
