In this title: The term eligible entity means— a State or political subdivision of a State that contains National Forest System land or public land; a publicly chartered utility serving one or more States or political subdivisions of a State; a rural electric company; and any other entity determined by the Secretary concerned to be appropriate for participation in the Fund. The term Fund means the State-Supported Forest Management Fund established by section 402.
