Section 3122 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 ( Public Law 112–239 ; 126 Stat. 2176), as amended by section 3125 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2014 ( Public Law 113–66 ; 127 Stat. 1063), is further amended— in subsection (b)(1), by striking , and to the Comptroller General of the United States, ; and by striking subsection (e).
