Section 3255 of the National Nuclear Security Administration Act ( 50 U.S.C. 2455 ) is amended— by redesignating subsection
(b)as subsection (c); and by inserting after subsection
(a)the following new subsection (b): The requirements of subsection
(a)shall not apply with respect to the nuclear security budget materials submitted for fiscal year 2018 or 2019. .
