Sec. 1604. Five-year plan for Joint Interagency Combined Space Operations Center

Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees a plan for the Joint Interagency Combined Space Operations Center for the five-year period beginning on such date of enactment that includes— a description of the roles and responsibilities of the Center; an estimate of funding needed for the Center that includes a description of contributions from other Federal agencies; an estimate of the personnel needed for the Center; a description of planned activities of the Center; and a description of how the Center will complement and support the mission of the Joint Space Operations Center.
