Section 50104 of title 49, United States Code, is repealed. The analysis for chapter 501 of title 49, United States Code, is amended by striking the item relating to section 50104. Section 647 of the Transportation, Treasury, and Independent Agencies Appropriations Act, 2004 (division F of Public Law 108–199 ; 31 U.S.C. 501 note) is amended by striking subsection (b).
