Subsection
(i)of the Indian Environmental General Assistance Program Act of 1992 ( 42 U.S.C. 4368b(i) ) is amended to read as follows: The Administrator shall post online, and include in the Annual Performance Report— a listing of the Indian tribes or intertribal consortia that have been granted approval by the Administrator to enforce certain environmental laws; and a description of the effectiveness of the enforcement of environmental laws by the entities referred to in paragraph (1). . Section 204 of the Marine Protection, Research, and Sanctuaries Act of 1972 ( 33 U.S.C. 1444 ) (commonly known as the Ocean Dumping Act ) is amended— by striking subsection (b); and by redesignating subsection
(c)as subsection (b). Section 103(j)(3) of the Clean Air Act ( 42 U.S.C. 7403(j)(3) ) is amended by striking subparagraphs
(E)and (F).
