Section 51303 of title 46, United States Code, is amended by striking 40 and inserting 50 . Not later than August 31 of each year, the Superintendent of the United States Merchant Marine Academy shall post on the Academy’s public website a summary profile of each class at the Academy. Each summary profile posted under subsection
(b)shall include, for the incoming class and for the 4 classes that precede the incoming class, the number and percentage of students— by State; by country; by gender; by race and ethnicity; and with prior military service.
