(2)of section 8440e(e) of title 5, United States Code, as added by section 632(a)(2) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 ( Public Law 114–92 ; 129 Stat. __), is amended by striking 5 percent and inserting 6 percent . Paragraph
(2)of section 8432(c) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: Notwithstanding subparagraph (B), the amount contributed under subparagraph
(A)by an employing agency with respect to a contribution of a full TSP member (as defined in section 8440e(a) of this title) during any pay period shall be the amount equal to such portion of the total amount of the member’s contribution as does not exceed 5 percent of such member’s basic pay for such period. .
