Section 1201 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 ( Public Law 112–81 ; 125 Stat. 1619), as most recently amended by section 1211 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 ( Public Law 114–92 ; 129 Stat. yyy), is further amended by striking fiscal year 2016 in subsections (a), (b), and
(f)and inserting fiscal year 2017 . Subsection
(a)of such section is further amended by striking $10,000,000 and inserting $5,000,000 .
