Subsection
(a)of section 1209 of the Carl Levin and Howard P. Buck McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 ( Public Law 113–291 ; 128 Stat. 3541) is amended by striking December 31, 2016 and inserting September 30, 2018 . Subsection
(f)of such section is amended to read as follows: Of the amounts made available for Overseas Contingency Operations for fiscal year 2017, there are authorized to be appropriated $250,000,000 to carry out this section. Amounts authorized to be appropriated under this subsection are authorized to remain available through September 30, 2018. .
