Section 41411(b)(3)(B)(ii) of the Violence Against Women Act of 1994 ( 42 U.S.C. 14043e–11(b)(3)(B)(ii) ) is amended— in the first sentence, by inserting or resident after any remaining tenant ; and in the second sentence, by inserting or resident after tenant each place it appears.
