Section 8(e)(1)(A) of the Prison Rape Elimination Act of 2003 ( 42 U.S.C. 15607(e)(1)(A) ) is amended— in clause (i), by striking and at the end; in clause (ii), by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by inserting at the end the following: the program is not administered by the Office on Violence Against Women of the Department of Justice. .
