The Administrator shall— encourage maximum coordination with international counterparts to ensure security best practices are shared and implemented to enhance aviation security globally; and whenever appropriate, seek to increase the opportunities the TSA has to leverage its knowledge and expertise to promote greater international cooperation in enhancing aviation security globally, including increased information sharing, personnel exchanges, and aviation worker vetting.
