Funds made available in this title under the heading Homeless Assistance Grants may be used to participate in Performance Partnership Pilots authorized under section 526 of division H of Public Law 113–76 , section 524 of division G of Public Law 113–235 , and such authorities enacted for Performance Partnership Pilots in an appropriations Act for fiscal year 2016. Such participation shall be targeted to improving the housing situation of disconnected youth.
