Chapter 36 of title 39, United States Code, is amended by adding after section 3661 the following: The Postal Service shall develop and regularly update a more customer friendly publication of Postal Service terms, abbreviations, and acronyms, which shall be made publicly available on the Postal Service website. Not later than 12 months after the date of enactment of this section, the Postal Service shall create a more centralized, easily accessible hub for viewing all delivery and retail performance standards and performance results.
Performance trending results for a period of not less than 24 months shall be made available on the hub. . The table of sections for chapter 36 of title 39, United States Code, is amended by adding after the item relating to section 3661 the following: 3661A. Postal Service transparency. .
