Subsection
(j)of section 604 of the Healthy Forests Restoration Act of 2003 ( 16 U.S.C. 6591c ), as redesignated by section 501(a)(1), is amended by striking report to the Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry of the Senate and the Committee on Agriculture of the House of Representatives and inserting submit to the congressional committees specified in subsection (h)(2) a report .
