(3)of section 502(b) of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 290aa–1(b) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Not fewer than half of the members of the group shall have a medical degree, a doctoral degree in psychology, or advanced degree in nursing or social work from an accredited graduate school and shall specialize in the mental health field. Each advisory committee shall include at least one member of the National Institute of Mental Health and 1 member from any Federal agency that has a program serving a similar population. .
