There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out chapter 301 of title 49, and part C of subtitle VI of title 49, United States Code— $132,730,000 for fiscal year 2016; $135,517,330 for fiscal year 2017; $138,363,194 for fiscal year 2018; $141,268,821 for fiscal year 2019; $144,235,466 for fiscal year 2020; and $147,264,411 for fiscal year 2021.
