(k); and in subsection (k)(4), by striking paragraph (2)(A) and inserting paragraph (3)(A) . Section 403(e) of title 23, United States Code, is amended by inserting of title 49 after chapter 301 . Section 405 of title 23, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (d)(5), by striking section 402(c) and inserting section 402 ; and in subsection (f)(4)(A)(iv), by striking developed under subsection
(g).
