Section 169 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3224 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: In addition to the funds authorized to be appropriated under section 172(d), there is authorized to be appropriated to carry out the Reentry Employment Opportunities program under this section $200,000,000 for each fiscal year. .
