Paragraph

(3)of section 274A(h) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1324a(h) ) is amended— by inserting an alien otherwise admitted to the United States and present in the United States with a lawful immigration status, who is before authorized to be so employed by this Act ; and by striking or by the Attorney General .
