Section 8 of the Export-Import Bank Act of 1945 ( 12 U.S.C. 635g ), as amended by sections 103 and 104 of this Act, is amended by adding at the end the following: With any report issued by the Bank to the Congress or any committee of the Congress that contains accounting information that is not prepared using generally accepted accounting principles, the Bank shall issue a 2nd report providing the same accounting information prepared using generally accepted accounting principles. .
