Beginning on the date of enactment of this Act, the rule of the Secretary of Labor entitled Temporary Agricultural Employment of H–2A Aliens in the United States , published in the Federal Register on February 12, 2010 (75 Fed. Reg. 6883–6995), shall cease to have effect, and the rule of the Secretary entitled Temporary Agricultural Employment of H–2A Aliens in the United States; Modernizing the Labor Certification Process and Enforcement , published in the Federal Register on December 18, 2008 (73 Fed. Reg. 77110–77262), shall be deemed to resume effect and continue in effect thereafter.
