Section 506(c) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2000 is amended by adding at the end the following: A project carried out pursuant to this subsection may include compatible recreation features as determined by the Secretary, except that the Federal cost of such features may not exceed 10 percent of the ecosystem restoration costs of the project. .
