None of the funds provided in this Act shall be used for the acceptance of fresh fruits and vegetables at any commissary in Asia and the Pacific unless such fresh fruits and vegetables were grown within the country in which the commissary was located or were accepted for use by the Defense Commissary Agency at a location in the continental United States.
