Of the amounts made available by this Act for Defense Working Capital Funds that are provided for the Defense Working Capital Fund, Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), not less than $48,000,000 shall be used to support the transportation of fresh fruits and vegetables to commissaries in Asia and the Pacific.
