Section 520A of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 290bb–32 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (4), by inserting before the period , which may include technical assistance centers ; and in the flush sentence following paragraph (4)— by inserting , contracts, before or cooperative agreements ; and by striking Indian tribes and tribal organizations and inserting Indian tribes or tribal organizations (as such terms are defined in section 4 of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act), health facilities, or programs operated by or in accordance with a contract or grant with the Indian Health Service, or ; and by amending subsection
(f)to read as follows: There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section $394,550,000 for each of fiscal years 2018 through 2022. .
